The Lakes Community Land Trust is a non-profit 501(c) 3 corporation serving the residents of Dickinson County Iowa. We are a membership organization open to any adult permanent resident of the County. Members elect a governing board and have regular input into the operation of the trust Our purpose is to permanently reserve land within the county to meet the needs and enhance the lives of all its citizens, but in particular those of working families of modest means.
